Referee Evaluation
Coaches,

Please take the time and provide the feedback on your referee's performance at your games every week.  You will need your game ID to fill out the above form.  It is imperative that we receive these in order to get the comments, whether positive or constructive criticism to the referees.  If you think the referee did a good job, by all means let them know after the game.  If there was something that you think that they could work on, this is the place to provide that feedback!
