The Travel Team Coordinator will oversee and administer the Travel Team Program.

Duties:

• Oversees and sets direction for the Travel Team Committee
• Organizes the Travel Teams
• Ensures that ID cards and rosters are provided to Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League
• Attends the Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League meetings
• Coordinates with the Division Coordinators
• Notifies the travel team coaches of meetings and deadlines
• Oversees Travel Team Committee members responsibilities including:
  • Recruiting and training new coaches
  • Coordinating tryout activities
  • Coordinating with the Equipment Director
  • Cancelling referees in case of rain
  • Devising and implementing practice schedules
  • Maintaining a travel team calendar
• Coordinates the selection of coaches
• Coordinates the review and approval of rosters
• Arbitrates any disputes
• Sets Travel Team direction and philosophy
